Well it’s that time of the year again to get my weight loss program written down with meals, shopping lists etc.

Update 12-30….. Oh my God…. please don’t fall for the Cultish program out there. It sounds sooooo frightening. NO DIET should target your mind in that way.

Even if you don’t ever come back here… please check with your doctor with ANY diet you follow and do not follow one that targets your mind before even explaining their diet plan. That has me so worried about the people going in blindly.

 

Before following my plan or any other plan check with your doctor.


Here I go again. Way too many desserts and stuffing my face with “anything I could find”.

Time to get back on my program and lose yet again. I think I told myself last year that I will not gain again. yep, okay whatever .

Here I go again. I’m not sure which plan I will follow. I have lost weight on so many of them. Maybe I will do the easy fast way and use “my plan”. I will let you know when I start and I will update this post OR make a new post everyday of all meals and snacks.

Update… got started researching meals and plans and lots of recipes. But I will still post about desserts with recipes and goodies. Not everyone will be on diets right? LOL

I have been reading and taking notes like crazy. I will update.

Weight Watchers? update 11-12-19 …. found my “lifetime member key chain”. I lost all the weight I wanted to lose and got this key on the day I hit goal.

Atkin’s?

South Beach?

Keto?

Low Fat?

What will my plan look like?

Wait and see……

Update 10-23… very busy but I have started putting things together yet again this year.

Update 12-3… I am very proud to say that I’m trying to be a very good girl so far. I’m baking like a fool and got through a house full of people and food without putting weight on. Yes, of course I ate…… I like food too much.

I will post what I will be eating and it will be up to you if you do the same. BUT CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR FIRST. I am NOT a nutritionist by any means.

I have been making about 40 different treats for goodie trays. I still lost three pounds. Made pies etc for tomorrow…. and huge dinner tomorrow.

I WILL lose weight at the new year too. Nothing is going to stop me and nothing should stop you either. Come on…. WE can do this.

 

Okay so far down 9 pounds since I started this post. I have written everything down and will post it. BUT.. right now I am washing the roaster and 8 crock pots to put away. The decorations are almost down and most put away. I NEED to get that done now so I can sit ALL DAY LONG AND POST.

I hope that you’re holidays were filled with love and laughs. Hug a loved one today, life is so short.

Update…. 1-20 Just got back from out of town for an emergency ( I dislike 2020 so far). Still did well with weight loss.
