Breakfast this morning is…. Cheese Omelette, whole wheat toast (left whole so it’s easier to jelly) and don’t forget the Nan…ner.

Don’t forget your beverage choices coffee orange juice cranberry juice coffee milk hot chocolate coffee   I think I’ll have coffee only.
