What’s for breakfast? Our family calls this “scrambled/mixed up omelette” served with Homemade Sourdough Toast…. YUM !!

He doesn’t like his toast cut. He wants to put jelly/jam/preserves on the toast all at once instead of 4 halves. (Okay, you rolled your eyes didn’t you? Don’t feel bad… I do too.)

I’m going to be honest and tell you that I don’t know if he used the cinnamon sugar or jam. I don’t watch each person eat LOL.

So back to his breakfast. This scrambled omelette has ham, cheese, green onion, green pepper, sweet onion, real bacon crumbled and…….I think that was it.

The homemade sourdough is made every week or every other week. We use it for almost everything. (But he likes his whole wheat too) My Sourdough starter has been alive and active for YEARS. I have never let it die and it makes the most amazing bread.

The other family members had cereal, french toast and the other had pancakes. Guess what I had? COFFEE !!!!

I am already planning dinner so I can get any frozen item out of the freezer and start something that might need to cook a longer time.
