This filling was made from left over chicken and it will be made into Pot Pie Filling and Chicken Soup with Rice or Noodles.

  I will update this after I have made the pot pie or soup. Right now it will go in the freezer until ready to use.

Roasted Whole Chicken , broccoli, cauliflower, or Brussel sprouts. Served with baked sweet potato.

      Oops…….. the skin broke but VERY JUICY!!!!!           I want everyone to eat veggies so I will make a variety.       Broccoli  and cauliflower     Brussel sprouts and cauliflower.
