Lower Carb BBQ Chicken for dinner tonight….come back for photos

with baked sweet pot or russet

small salad with topping…. (they started devouring before I could grab the camera)

roasted zucchini or with onions or cauliflower  ( I will decide later LOL)…… Zuke and onions it is !!

1 breast (for three people)

2 legs ( for one person)

1 thigh (for two people)

No recipe needed for this dinner tonight.

Broil the chicken parts after seasoning with your favorite spices.

While that is cooking chop onion and zuke and cook on stove top with olive oil. Season with salt AFTER it is done so it doesn’t get soggy.

Baked sweet potatoes…… bake in oven

Salads….put your choice of salad items in a bowl…. done
