(Grrrr………. had a huge post and its gone AGAIN !!! This is getting crazy.) Back to “Taco Night”…
They look forward to “Taco Night”. I try to make a few different dishes so everyone is happy. Tonight was “loaded tacos, homemade salsa for the salsa and chips, burrito s” etc etc. I was too busy to get many photos of the supreme etc. but of course you know that sour cream, cheese etc etc.
.This person filled their “scoops” for easy eating LOL.
Thank goodness I had help with the chopping and shredding. I mixed three different cheeses while shredding.
Now is the time to get the shells ready for filling. I was given this taco server about 25 years ago. I had another one but I can’t find it. I’m thinking that it got damaged and I threw it away. Who knows after all these years.

Now lets start browning and seasoning the meat. We’ll add onions and peppers to spice it up along with dry spices.( Paprika, chipole pepper, garlic and onion powder etc)
Refried beans. No, these aren’t homemade they’re from a can. Some days you have to do what you can to make things go faster. But homemade are really easy too
Now its time to get the tortillas ready and the platters. Make sure the drinks are ready.
That is the platter that is full and ready to serve. Now for the burrito supremes….. DINNER !!!!!!
