I’m making cheese balls today in case you’re interested. This is “His” family recipe and now it’s “everyone’s” recipe.

I make this the week of Thanksgiving all the way till the middle of Jan.

I’ll share in a post later.

I will be making the cheese ball, drying bread for two different stuffings, cleaning veggies, making cold salads, making 8 pies etc.

I didn’t get a photo of the rest of the ingredients but I will write it all out for you.

missing ingredients will post recipe after holiday. will make about 20 before the year is over.

 

 

 

Okay sprinkle remaining ingredients. It looks like its mixed well.

I HATE big chucks of one ingredients that why I make sure it is mixed well.

 

 

Okay ready to shape into two balls

 

 

Buddig Cheeseball

1 package (2 oz) beef, chopped  fine

2 (8 ounce) packages softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp prepared horseradish

1/3 cup green onions, chopped

Chopped walnuts

 

Add all ingredients together, shape into a ball (or two depending on size)

Roll into nuts, cover and refrigerate overnight so flavors come together.

Serve with crackers
