I have been blogging for about 23 years. (updated)
I am not in the public eye as a super star, but decided to start a cooking blog.
I don’t make meals of lobster and caviar (yet). My meals are for REAL people. (OK, maybe lobster a couple times for Birthday meals, or Special occasions.Or if requested)
I don’t use fake food items to make photos look better. They will always look terrible especially when I don’t put my glasses on which is most of the time.
I’m just a kitchen gadget crazy lady. I have so many small appliances and gadgets that I forget what I have until I need one LOL.
I have never been anything but REAL.
I love to laugh and make fun of myself. And my family loves me this way.
I don’t have an expensive camera to take fancy photos. Most of the time I can’t even post the photos because they are blurred and unrecognizable . And yes I have photos that to this day I can’t tell you what it was.
I don’t have someone cleaning my home so I can shoot spotless photos of my kitchen. I am not worried if you see my clutter / mess / disaster area. I can clean my own kitchen after I have completely trashed it with both sinks full of dishes.I cook my own meals and love every bit of it.
So…. come and read about my day and meals.
I will have all posts filled in and the recipes posted after I move the rest of the blog over here. Please be patient.
And I want you to know that my opinion is just that, MY opinion.
(P.S Why shouldn’t I show photos of the products that I”m using? I have been told over and over not to do it).
But I like showing you the brand that I use so that your recipe will taste just like mine if you don’t change a single thing. Don’t get me wrong I love trying new brands but I like to show you a photo of the brand that I am using at that time.
