I bought these containers so I could make my own TV Dinners for the freezer. They were great. The top is foiled lined but you can write on the outside so you know which tv dinners you have and which ones need to be made again.
When it comes for dinner, I popped them into the oven at about 350 degrees for about 35-50 mins (depending how many and which tv dinners.)
If you do this, you are the only one that “knows your oven”. keep checking temps.
