Camping Cooking….. Smoked sausage or Kielbasa with Potatoes, Peppers and Onions.

This was so easy to throw it all together in the foil, season, fold it up and put on the campfire (low fire). When or if you stir… DO NOT puncher the foil or you will have a mess and all the juice will come out.

Or just cook in the skillet. (LOL) Cook sausage first then take out, then cut and brown potatoes and take out, then cook peppers and onions and add all back in and stir. Poof… dinner. But the other way I let the fire do it and I can have fun while it cooks. Yes, slower but I don’t care….

You can brown the sausage in a skillet first then throw it in the foil or just cook all together but you won’t get a brown color unless it is on the bottom of the foil.
