This recipe was so hot that “He” couldn’t even it eat all of it.
Served over pasta along with an egg roll………..yum, that’s dinner.
The recipe stated that it was “spicy”. That is OK with us, we like it hot. Hey, isn’t that a movie? No wait, it’s called “Some Like It Hot”. Not many people will know what I’m talking about. I’m old and had a pet dinosaur. Now back to the recipe.
fresh garlic and giner………..
fish sauce, soy sauce, turmeric, onion, tom paste, paprika etc…………

bamboo shoots, water chestnutss, green onions then serve over pasta. Then sprinkle with remaining green onions.

UPDATE…. it has been a long time since this was posted and i can’t remember the name of this recipe. I WILL find it and then post it.
