It is so much easier to wake up in the morning and ask what they want for breakfast when the freezer is full of a variety of foods.
There is also a choice of meat (bacon, sausage, ham, turkey bacon).
Served along with a variety of beverages ( coffee, juice, milk, tea etc)
They aren’t huge, because you don’t need to be stuffed just fed…. LOL










Mom’s Pancakes
Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 large egg

Gather all ingredients before starting

Stir the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add milk, melted butter, and the egg. Mix until it’s smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake; cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Place on a platter or plate to serve or to cool for the freezer.Repeat with the remaining batter.

If you are making flavored pancakes make the plain first …then add blueberries or a smashed banana to the mix.
