Once a month I make individual cups of sugar free puddings, jello and buy cups of diced fruit.

Everyone likes to grab a dessert or snack. I like having a variety so everyone has something sweet. NO this does NOT replace cookies, cakes, muffins etc. I still make it all, you’ll see.

I have a sick family member and I wanted to ease up on the hours in the kitchen so I could care for them or at least offer to.
