(sorry … when my helper took the photos she forgot a few steps but that’s okay, I’m sure you know what’s missing)
I am making bread also so if you see flour dust everywhere you know why. A full two days of cooking and baking.




I didn’t get all the spices in one photo but I will list them in the recipe for you. I do have a photo with a few of them but I can’t find it.
I let it cook through the night and it really smells wonderful.

Time to put it through a food mill and then I will cook out the liquid. I don’t want it really smooth, I want some “character” in it.







Now I will put it in a sauce pan on the stove and cook on low without a lid so the extra liquid will evaporate.




Shhhh… they are in their jars and sleeping nice and warm until they seal
