Ok here is dinner tonight…. 9-13
Normally there is NO TOMATO, that is why it is CALLED GREEN ENCHILADAS… but I can’t tell them what to eat… LOL..

Only 5 for dinner tonight and EVERYONE fixed their plates differently.
I put TWO sets of cups with the veggies on each end of the table and let everyone fix their own.
They were great !!
