We call this either “Botona or Nachos To The Max”.

This is a dish that we enjoy sharing or making individual plates. Choose your own topping and watch a good movie. Be careful because it is so sloppy and not good for game night or for eating while working.

Here is the final product. Now top with lettuce , avocado, and the sauces. Now start the movie and dig in !

Tortilla chips…..Re-fried beans…. chopped onions and ground beef flavored with taco seasoning ….. shredded cheese (melted on the top of that then….chopped green pepper…. chopped raw onions…. chopped tomatoes… shredded cheese (cold) …. chopped lettuce….sliced avocado and toppings of choice

.Above is two layer of chips but you can’t see it very well. chips, beans and meat them layer again.
