Stuffed Cabbage and Homemade bread

 

I will show the Stuffed Cabbage up here at the top and the bread down below. Yes, full recipes to come. I need to get all the photos in here before I lose them.

 

 

STOP RIGHT HERE……… GO WASH YOUR HANDS

Now get there and smoosh it all together. YES with your hands.

The seasonings are so important. You will need that extra salt and pepper with this.

Look closely, this is what the mixture looks like after mixing.

 

STOP now go wash your hands AGAIN

Now its time for the rolling.

I wrap on the paper plate so that any moisture will absorb (unless you have “good” paper plates. I use these plates for all prep work. NO IT DOES NOT SHRED.

 

 

 

 

 

I have FOUR pans of Stuffed Cabbage. TWO for the freezer and the two glass pans are for dinner tonight. Only Four for dinner so pretty easy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Homemade bread.

My bread machine is a Breadman Ultimate. I’m looking into another one in case something happens to this one. This is where you get a  http://www.breadman.com/

This gets used at least once a week. I am looking into getting another one.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

(I told you that I use paper plates for all messy stuff. All the crumbs on the plate and easy clean up. Now just put the bread on the dinner platter for easy grabbing during diner.

 

 

 

 

I will call this meal a success.
