Sausage and Sauerkraut served with mashed taters. Hey, it’s a New Years Day meal for luck, and “his” families tradition.

I have a couple crock-pots and I love them. This one is HUGE. It is a Kenmore and I have to say it is wonderful !

I am able to make a recipe on the stove top and transfer it in the crockpot to keep warm for guests all day long.

With the all the timers and temps…. you can’t go wrong. I will go into more details at another date.
