Rump Roast with roasted veggies. Served with a tossed salad and crescent rolls.

The veggies are carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, white and red onions, sweet potatoes, and butternut squash.

 

Served with Au Jus on the side for dipping or the homemade steak/roast/beef sauce.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Homemade roast/steak sauce too. I didn’t take a photo, but its automatic when I serve beef.
