Pork Roast served with roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes.

This turned out very well. The glaze was something that I threw together without a recipe (of course).

The flavor was wonderful.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I made two roasts so I will have left overs

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Left overs will be used for BBQ pork.
