The strangest thing happened when I put a pork chop on the plate. It Popped real loud and kinda blew up. I have never ever seen that before.
Scalloped potatoes ready for the oven. The ham looks like it is in big chunks but I wanted to use all of it.
You can’t tell but these pork chops were nice and thick.

Hurry throw the salad together and get it cooling before dinner is ready. Normally this is done either day before or early AM.
