I started out with 4 bags of wings. My menu always changes so there is NEVER a final menu until its time to eat. LOL. My husband makes  fun of me all the time. I will tell him what’s for dinner and when he gets home, its different.

The Kroger wings are a good size. They have good flavor too. I’ve never had a problem with them being freezer burnt or a funky color.

These (above) are for the Asian Wings, the pan above are for the Buffalo Wings.

I don’t know what happened to this photo but this is the BBQ sauce that I used (to make another sauce).

I was told to try this and we did. I would like to try it alone not used in another sauce.

The bacon is cooked and chopped. I will use this for the twice baked taters.

Sharp Cheddar for the taters too. Watch those box graters… they can remove nails, fingers and knuckles. No, I was careful this time. I guess I could have used the food processor, but I needed a work out. I grated two large blocks and kept all body parts.

Celery to last all day and night, cut and in water keeping cool. Ended up with a quart Zip Lock bag full of cleaned and cut celery.

.

Cut the green onions for the marinade and for the dipping sauce.

.

.Here is the dipping sauce ready to put in the crock to stay warm. I used a crock pot and then had small bowls that everyone could use to dip their wings in.

.

Now I will add the last ingredients and that one is done too.

Sweet and Spicy Wings Marinading covered with plastic wrap. These will sit in the fridge and will be cooked in batches. There is nothing worse than wings that have been sitting around for hours . If you have enough bowls, try this you won’t be sorry.

OK time to make the “Bacon wrapped Shrimp and Pineapple”.

This is very easy. It will depend how many shrimp you are making.

1.Cut the bacon strips in 1/2

2.Lay one shrimp on top of bacon at one one end.

3.Place a “chunk” of pineapple on top of the shrimp and roll.

4.Cook these in a hot skillet for about 4- 5 minutes or until the bacon is cooked. I keep them warm in the oven while making batches.
