I have had one of these since the day they out. I love them. I spent about three hours cutting, bagging and freezing.
here is the pork loin sticed into thin and thick slices. Did I mention that I love my meat slicer also ( laugh ).
We ordered from our local butcher and picked it up days later.
I also froze package of sausage and liver from the store.
These steaks were pretty.
