More “food sucker-up-ing”.
My FoodSaver is dying but it has lasted so long after giving me signs that it is “going”.
(NO I do NOT get paid)
I started with the other whole pork loin and moved onto one of the whole chuck rolls.
I made my own ground pork because you never know when you may need a pound for a certain recipe.
Now on to the Whole Chuck Roll…..
I got ……..four nice chuck roast, about three chuck steaks, a large pot roast, and enough stew meat to make a large batch for the freezer.
