“He” loves the big meat sales, so he stocked up for the winter ( and the next two also).
I started out easy with a whole pork loin and saved the roast for tonight’s dinner.
“He” came home with…
2 whole pork loins
2 whole chuck rolls
2 whole briskets
bottom round
eye of round
1- ny strip
3 sm whole ribeye
3-hams
2-pork butt
1 shoulder
2- 20 pound rolls of ground chuck.
I put them all in the freezers and will cut them slowly and use the FoodSaver to wrap them up. It is on its last legs so I will have to replace it with something else after this.
