(update……… made family recipe with he other pork butt instead of wasting this one too. Many to feed and they have an idea what I was planning to make for the barbq.

Oh my Gosh it was AWFUL. I had to open the windows in all this heat just to air the house out.
The spices and other ingredients just didn’t go together. I knew it when I was putting it together but I tried it anyway. I never judge until I make it.I have been cooking for over 55 years, I know what I’m doing.

Looks pretty right? It smelled so bad during the night that it woke people up.
It cooked more. Then I finally couldn’t take it and I threw it away and put another pork butt/shoulder in another slow cooker ( Kenmore) WITH A DIFFERENT RECIPE
