UPDATE…… I contacted the seller, she sent me return label and it was shipped back to them yesterday. I will update when and if I get refunded.
You can tell the box has been opened, the plastic around the main unit is NOT sealed like it should be (you have to break a seal and it agrees to terms).
For a an order that was over $ 1,000.00 , you would think they would care.

UPDATE… yep, scratches, cords not wrapped, there wasn’t any “cleaner” that was included in the description, etc.
YES, I can return it and pay the shipping and not get reimbursed.
This seller has a 17 % positive feedback. My own fault !!!!!!
This could have been so much worse, those other people 65 reviews never got their stuff, have waited weeks and weeks, having their order canceled without being told but their money was kept for weeks.
photos below are Roomba box and Scooba boxes. Roomba brand new great condition. Scooba didn’t work, missing box items, obvious had been opened and repacked.
