(Another update 9-16… back from “personal time off”. There will still be some kind of memorial for her but don’t know when. I finish the typing soon.)
(another update….8-23… made them again last night before a couple family members go out of town.)
(the bread turned out great…Olga sandwiches and Snackers tomorrow) There will be days of leftovers too since I made so much bread and sauce.
(update… 18 sandwiches…fries…Snackers…. Olga Sauce…and homemade Cheese Spread for the Snackers.
I made different kinds of sandwiches.
Ham, Cheese(s) Olga with lettuce, tomato and sauce. Some wanted extra cheese or different cheese instead of the original sandwich.
Grilled Chicken Olgas.
Then there were the Three Cheese Olgas.
I am so tired…lol…
I will add the photos and the recipes that I used. Oh yeah… sauce too)
I burnt my FIRST batch of Snackers…. the second batch beautiful but I didn’t get photos since I was putting the sandwiches on the table. But when those were gone…. a few people even ate the crunchy snackers..LOL
Keep coming back for update.
Okay here is the bread. I’ll be back for more but right now have to get ready for Doctor appt (Yuck, do you hate those appt as much as I do?)

I broke my scoop making these balls. I made 4 plastic containers of these. You know how I LOVE my plastic containers with lids. (see my update at the bottom. I thought I would show you since I am always talking about them.)
I have cases of them in every shape, size and assorted colors.
