Gather all you items, wash, dry and take in the other room to use large counter.
I can’t wait for breakfast sausage again.
Now mix with onion and garlic and your spices and this is what you get (below).
Now make into patties and freeze.
The reason I made them so puffy is so I could use the food saver and it wouldn’t turn into a one solid bag of “meat”. ( I know you know what I mean).
I’m really not crazy about this recipe. I really wanted it to taste like the last batch because I loved it so much. Wellllllll, it didn’t. ( sad face).
If I would stop changing recipe or at least measure and write down changes I would be ok. LOL
