Homemade Beef and Bean LOADED Burritos Served with Homemade Tortilla chips and Salsa.The Refried beans are homemade too.

 

 

I will update with recipes ONLY if there is an interest for them. Since there will be so many to write (I do NOT copy)…. I only want to do it IF SOMEONE is interested. It will take hours to type because I will explain everything.

Ok fine…I will type them LOL.

 

 

 

 

Beef, refried beans, rice, cheeses, onion, tomato, sour cream, lettuce, chopped avocado, chopped cilantro etc

 

I wanted to show you what was inside so I put a dab of things on the plate.

 

 

 

 

I make the refried beans one day and freeze them the next day. It takes me the WHOLE day to make them because i make such a large quantity. ( I will have a post about those soon too) The day that i need them I take them out of the freezer in the morning and they are ready to warm up in a couple hours.

I use my homemade seasoning instead of things from packets or jars

 

 

Here is the meat after I seasoned it.

 

 

I used two cheeses but only show the cheddar here. I also used Mexican blend

 

 

Homemade salsa sitting in the fridge getting yummy. I made it this morning.

 

 

 

 

This person wanted everything on the side with salsa inside too. No problem

( Nope he didn’t eat both of them. His eyes were bigger than his stomach)

 

These were the Loaded Burritos

 

 

One of these is beef and bean and rice cheese only,

the other one is bean, rice, cheese ,lettuce and tomato.

NOOO meat….. LOL .
