Ok nothing fancy but it will be yummy. The platter was a perfect size even though I don’t care for it very much.

Peel potatoes and carrots……………………………………………..(check)

Make slaw…………………….check

Make fried cabbage for the Colcannon………………………………( check)

(Bacon is nice and crisp and will have wonderful flavor)

Now make the Colcannon……………..Mmmmm BACON, and lots of it yum !

Now its time for the corned beef………..

From Kids to Adults…. everyone had a good time ! The adults acted more like kids than the kids did. What a fantastic day !!
