I hope today brings you smiles. Mine will bring extra calories and stress. This oven that I am using will only fit the ham. I have green bean casserole, scalloped potatoes, and pineapple stuffing to bake. Oh…. and dinner is in about 3 hours. SMILE
That’s ok.. guess what i did. I put the ham in the oven and wrapped the other casserole dishes with foil and put them on the BBQ. Don’t laugh…. it looks like its working. I put heavy duty foil in double layer on the grates, then double wrapped the dishes and set them out there. I will keep an eye out and keep you informed with photos.
