Most of the time I am a very nice calm person but enough is enough when YOU ARE SCREWING with MY MONEY.
Our VERY LARGE FAMILY spends A LOT OF MONEY… EVERY SINGLE MONTH… AT WALMART.
We watched our order being delivered and tracked it. It got to 4 mins away and they stopped at a lake/park and marked our order “Attempted delivery” and they were returning it to the store.
I have screenshots of where the driver was at all times.

MY MONEY IS GOOD AT OTHER STORES TOO .
I contacted them and ok…. I will get a refund… BIG DEAL !!!
They got their money instantly but I won’t get mine for 10 days…. BULL CRAP !!!!
This is NOT the first time having problems and the response is a generic apology.

Ok update…. they tried to be nice but told me to COME AND PICK IT UP MYSELF. Oh hell NO !!!!
I have been using Kroger delivery and Meijer delivery along with Walmart when I need those certain items only at Walmart.
