Fried Pork Chops for dinner, nothing special

 

 

choice of brussel sprouts or fried cabbage

choice of “with” or without onions

choice of salad dressing

choice of beverage.

Dessert is GOING TO BE PUDDING (no choice)

 

These are the last three to cook. I cooked them under the broiler and these HAVE TO BE LIGHT. Any color will be called burnt and there will be a lecture bout “seared or browned meat”. YES, we have tried explaining so I will ignore make sure they are nice and light but still cooked THOROUGHLY. (they NOT done in this photo)
