My Diet Plan

I lost a large amount of weight many years ago and kept it off. I quit smoking years ago and also went threw menopause…. Holy Crap….. I blew up like a balloon. I could breathe better when I was smoking compared to lugging around all this jiggle stuff.

I have decided that this is ridiculous and it is coming off NOW. I have returned my lungs to a “better condition”,  and now its time for the body to return to something that looks “human”. I’m not looking for a size “0”…. I’m looking for a size where I feel good.

I started my plan days ago and I am going in the right direction. I know there will be days that I gain and that is ” OK”. I KNOW I will lose it.

NO MORE EXCUSES !!!!
