Crockpot Parmesan Potatoes

Let me say this right now…. you can do so much with this recipe.

 

Crockpot Parmesan Potatoes

 

6 potatoes, sliced

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 small onion chopped

4 ounces Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1  can cream of mushroom soup

salt and pepper

 

  1. Layer all ingredients in lightly greased 3 1/2-quart crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. At this time if they are too thick, thin with milk one tablespoon at a time.
  3. Adjust seasonings as needed.
