Crockpot Parmesan Potatoes
6 potatoes, sliced
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion chopped
4 ounces Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
- Layer all ingredients in lightly greased 3 1/2-quart crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. At this time if they are too thick, thin with milk one tablespoon at a time.
- Adjust seasonings as needed.
