Breakfast/dinner this morning for the midnight shift coming in

He said that they were so busy last night and he was “so hungry he could eat a whole cow”.

Well I was making breakfast for most so I asked if breakfast for dinner was okay. He jumped at it and said “you betcha”. So eggs it is.
