I have tried so many of these Fish recipes, and I’m sorry but I didn’t like them.
Why would you cook something double the time and make it so chewy that it hurts. Someone else out there has had fish that sticks in your teeth because it is so chewy.
Well this time I decided to cook it MY way.
IT was so moist, tender, and flakey. Served with cauliflower and Lower carb mac and cheese….. Yummy.

Man these buggers were cold when I got them out of the freezer. LOL.
I absolutely love my FoodSaver but she is dying.
Sorry about the bad photos, I always forget to check the settings. You wouldn’t believe how messed up they can get when others use the camera. I have ended up with green snow when I viewed the photos I took.
Life is too short to get upset ! ( smile )

Pretty simple recipe…..a stick of butter ( or more depending on your likes). But the butter needs to at least spread on the whole bottom of the pan.
Here is the finished dinner for one… Baked Cod, Low carb Mac & Cheese and cauliflower ( on plate with fish)
This fish was so tender and flakey. Nice warm butter to dip… Mmmmm
YES, I should have had a green veggie on this plate but these the lower carb options for “today”. Plus, I don’t tell others what they should eat or drink ( smile).
Low(er) Carb Mac & Cheese turned out great.
Whole grain pasta with homemade sauce, baked in the oven topped with one slice of cubed whole wheat bread. Nice and creamy.
cauliflower was just steamed.
plain steamed veggies are good for us.
