I made Jumbo and regular sized muffins. I knew that there would be people that only wanted ” A Little Something” to go with their coffee.
I was going to make the “mini muffins” but I didn’t think that they would go over very well.
These are the Jumbo Banana Nut Muffins. I’m not sure if I took any photos of the regular sized muffins. I’ll find it sooner or later.
Nothing like cracking your own walnuts. I was proud of myself, I didn’t steal any. Oops, yes I did but only one. I had to eat it because it flipped and ended up on my saucer next to my cup. I took that as a sign ( smile ).
I found the photo of the jumbo and the regular. Notice the one in front? I had an empty hole in the muffin pan and needed to fill it. It was too much for a normal size and not enough for a jumbo. It didn’t stick around long.
