This ends up to be so tender that I got laughed at for setting the tables with knives. Ha Ha so funny huh?
I used my Lodge Pot on the stove.
Brown the roast in about one tbs oil. DON”T move it until it is nice an brown. You won’t over cook it because it is nice and thick.
While it is browning…. cut sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, onions etc.
