I will come back and post this recipe along with measurements later. You will find this salad, and two others in another post about “his brainy idea’.

You can find it here

Tuna Noodle Salad

Please try to let this sit in the fridge overnight. The flavors are so much stronger and it does make a difference. This is Nice and cold on a hot day

Aren’t these noodles cute? I decided that if I was going to make pasta salad, I may as well use something different.

It really turned into a very colorful salad.

Here they are after adding them to the boiling water. Make sure to add salt at this point.  I should have added more but added it when it was mixed.

Add chopped green pepper and onion. (2 each)

I used one large can of tuna. I like to use Chicken of the Sea packed in OIL. They didn’t have one single can so I had to get “water”. I’m not happy but …. Oh well, things happen.

I use Miracle Whip for this salad.

This is the noodles, tuna, eggs, onions, green pepper.

This is the finished salad before garnish. I made it and put right in the fridge to get cold fast.
