I did all the prep work so all he had to do is stand out there with the tongs in his hand LOL.
We had either small slabs of ribs or riblets, roasted corn on the cob, baked sweet potatoes, baked Idaho pots, and green beans.
We put the tray on the side of the bbq so he can throw them under the foil when done. That way he can continue to cook the others.
