I cannot update yet. I need to speak with our Attorney to find out why they told my better half other half that he can’t speak about their company.

today (wed) should have been installation day. They called yesterday and said ” we still don’t have the parts but we will try for Fri. Then later in the conversation she said we really don’t know if friday will be the day either.
We gave them the deposit to have it installed on WED. With a person NOT ABLE to WALK this stair lift was MEDICALLY NEEDED.
The salesman was NOTHING MORE THAN THAT…. ” A salesman”.
We explained that we have other companies coming for a quote and he gave so much Bulls!t that he talked us into this company and told us to cancel the others because they are going to make this work for us. Son of a witch.
I WILL spread my review EVERYWHERE.
I asked this person to call and update us daily since we have a meetings etc. She said she would but I am NOT counting on it.
