When your first foot is put inside your car….. YOU MUST have your drivers license WITH you before moving that car ONE INCH.
Why is that so hard to understand?
Oh and you MUST be a ” LEGAL Drivers License Carrying Person” to even drive a car one single INCH.

My butt has to sit on a chair for hours waiting to renew my license and you should too. Have a seat like the rest of us.
