I get to clean and freeze three dozen corn. I have to decide what I want to do with these. Freeze whole? Or do I make fried corn? Or do I cut for whole kernels?
Okay update…. Sept 1-2019
“He” thought he was so funny hiding these in the bowl of cleaned corn. He calls them “baby corn” for Asian dishes. Too bad it’s not that easy.
