Corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes and carrots, colcannon, soda bread,German Chocolate Cake, cheesecake, pistachio pudding, or plain pound cake. and so much more.

 

I have a large 22 QT electric roaster AND a Large Kenmore slow cooker going with the other 2 corned beef.

Hopefully enough for Reuben sandwiches for dinner tomorrow. (choice of sauerkraut or Cole slaw.)

I will update with food photos as it cooks.

 

Don’t forget to wear GREEN today.

 

Midnight shift is here, lets get this party started Green beer and full bar available. HELP YOURSELF. But before anyone touches food or drink, their keys are surrendered and will be driven home. ( Most will be  driven here)

I am updating this on the 18th. I don’t think I have ever been this tired LOL. I couldn’t even take photos because of everything being so crazy. To top it all off “he” is sick and of course acting like he’s dying LOL. That’s okay, I was still able to entertain AND pamper him. He even lived to see another day, I promised him that he wasn’t going to die. LOL.
