Today was 20 lb of ground beef in less than 15 mins. I froze most packages weighing about 1 lb.
Next week is Spahetti, chili, tascos, goulash, meatloaf, meatballs etc. Some of it for the freezer and some for dinners.
I just washed it all down to sanitize it. Its still a little bit wet but it will dry. Bleach water dries quickly but of course leaves streaks. I will clean and make it shine after I am finished. Shiny won’t make it work better lol.
make the bag….. cut the roll, unwrap, smoosh the meat in the bag, seal and done.
