Nothing like spaghetti sauce cooking all day filling the house with the aroma of “home”. That sounded so stupid but I really mean it. I love the smells and the feelings that come from making your food from scratch. But what’s better? Watching it all disappear and them asking for second helpings.
My sauce normally cooks about 12-16 hours. But what I did this time was to walk out to one of the freezers and grab of bag sauce that was frozen from the last batch. When I make the sauce I get at least three MEALS of sauce. I serve one the day I make it and then freeze two Ziploc bags for the future. Then all I have to do is put the frozen bag in the slow cooker/crock-pot and let it warm all day long until dinner.

These salads were before toppings like grape tomatoes all, sliced cucumbers(3) and two of them with bacon bits. One had very plain salad no dressing.

These noodles weren’t cut and look how long they are.

When you have a troop of people in and out all day long on a Sunday…. this is the perfect meal. Help yourself and don’t forget the dessert. The crescent rolls were doctored to taste just like “garlic toast”
