Stuffed Pork Bundles …….Yes I made it up

I said to myself… *I want to do something different for dinner*

So I made this up as I cooked LOL

Wow, I can’t believe the compliments and requests to make again. Umm okayyy. I don’t remember what I did but these photos show a little of what was done.

Served with homemade green beans and bacon. (I love my garden)

Oh and of course mashed taters, choice of beverage.

whole pork loin cut into roast. Now I took the roast and sliced into boneless chops. Then I took a meat tenderizer and beat them silly. It always helps to think of something or someone that made you mad.
