silicone muffin pan or soap mold

loofah cut into 1 OR  1-1/2 slices

Put loofah slices into muffin pan

melt your clear glycerin and pour on top of loofah… leave room for top layer of white creamy layer. Let it set before pouring other layer.

Now melt your coconut OR cocoa butter OR any other type and pour thin layer on top for the creamy feel.

I’ve been making these for about 9 years(my company made these) and give for gifts. Let me know if you want easy instructions.

I also make soap, lip stick, lip gloss, chap stick, perfume, mineral make up, hand lotion, etc

Hey…. maybe I will print all my soaps, creams, chap sticks etc so YOU can make it and give as gifts or sell.

Easy melt and pour soap recipe

  • Cut round loofah into thin slices and place one in each soap mold cavity or silicone muffin pan. Here is an important Tip: ½ inch slices if you prefer the loofah fully inside the soap, 1 inch if you prefer the loofah exposed (depending on the size of your mold or muffin pan).
  • Melt 1 pound of soap base in a microwave-safe bowl or in a double boiler.
  • Add 15 drops essential oil to melted soap.
  • Stir in pink cosmetic mica powder until desired color is achieved. ( I use blue or green or pink or yellow . I try to make the scent the same as color. etc)
  • Pour soap into mold  and LEAVE about 1/2 inch from top for second layer. Now allow to set for at least 2-3 hours. Now melt cocoa butter or other layer and pour on top. Now let the completed bar  dry overnight.
  • Remove from mold and store in cool, dry place.
